Compliance
At our company, we strictly manage all items in accordance with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA) and other relevant laws.
We undertake all necessary procedures, including obtaining import approvals from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for each product we handle.
Regarding our group companies, GTAu, based in the United States, obtained registration approval from the U.S. Department of State in 2015 as an exporter.
GTAu handles products in compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Our parent company, GTAe, has received authorization from the UK government to conduct trade operations for defence related products,
handling items in accordance with export regulations.
Additionally, we are committed to thoroughly disseminating knowledge about anti-corruption laws across the entire organization.
