Our company, established in July 2018 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of GT Aerospace (Europe) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GTAe), is a specialized trading firm focused on the import of aerospace and defence related products. Although we are a relatively new company, our unwavering commitment to contributing to the safety and peace of our nation has driven our progress.
We integrate cutting-edge technology, expertise, services, and logistics from leading overseas OEMs and industry leaders, tailoring these to meet the needs of our Japanese customers. We have built a solid reputation, particularly in the fields of defence products and aerospace innovations, by providing high-quality technology and services.
In close collaboration with our parent company, GTAe, and its U.S. subsidiary, GT Aerospace USA (hereinafter referred to as GTAu), we lever our extensive global network. By embracing diverse perspectives and ideas, and swiftly sharing the latest technologies and expertise, we offer innovative and effective solutions to our customers' challenges.

Compliance
At our company, we strictly manage all items in accordance with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA) and other relevant laws.
We undertake all necessary procedures, including obtaining import approvals from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for each product we handle.
Regarding our group companies, GTAu, based in the United States, obtained registration approval from the U.S. Department of State in 2015 as an exporter.
GTAu handles products in compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Our parent company, GTAe, has received authorization from the UK government to conduct trade operations for defence related products,
handling items in accordance with export regulations.
Additionally, we are committed to thoroughly disseminating knowledge about anti-corruption laws across the entire organization.
