| Onboarding Process |
During the three-month probationary period, you will acquire fundamental knowledge of the defense industry and existing projects. Your duties will include creating essential sales documentation such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Quotations, and Purchase Orders (POs) for both existing and new projects. Specifically, cases involving the Ministry of Defense (MoD) require unique procedures; you will learn these while handling practical tasks and performing approval and authorization of various sales documents. The company’s Executive and President, who have extensive experience in the defense sector, will mentor you, including daily coordination with the Ministry of Defense and defense-related manufacturers. This position provides a tangible sense of working closely with the management team. As a manager, you will be expected to promptly begin assessing the abilities of Sales team members and managing their attendance (time and work scheduling) immediately upon joining. |
